DKK 3,400.00

Original lithographic poster with art by Claude Tabet from exhibition at Galerie Paul Ambroise in Paris 1960. Printed by Ren´e Guillard Paris.

Claude Tabet is a French painter, engraver, lithographer, illustrator and ceramist born in 1924 in Paris. Tabet acquired his training at the Académie de la Grande Chaumière, and also attended Souverbie's studio. His very personal, resolutely naive style is in total opposition to Souverbie's monumentalism. Quickly, Tabet took part in the Salon des Indépendants, as well as the Salon Comparaisons. He is regularly exhibited solo in France, Japan, the USA, England and Germany. Its freshness of inspiration, a certain Parisian banter ensure it a success which cannot be denied with its foreign collectors.

The poster is framed with a narrow hand painted blue frame and bright red passepartout.

H 70 x W 48 cm.
