Original offset poster with art by Man Ray for exhibition at Galerie Alexandre Isola in 1973 - 74. The poster itself is printed in Italy by Fausta Squatriti.

Man Ray, born Emmanuel Radnitzky, was an American modernist artist who made significant contributions to various art forms, including photography, painting, and sculpture. He was a key figure in the Dada and Surrealist movements, and his work often blurred the boundaries between traditional artistic categories.

Man Ray moved to Paris in the 1920s and became an active member of the Surrealist movement led by André Breton. Before his involvement with Surrealism, Man Ray was associated with the Dada movement, particularly during his time in New York. Dada artists rejected conventional artistic norms and often embraced the absurd and the irrational.

The poster is framed with a hand painted light yellow frame and light green passepartout and background.

H 92 x W 58 cm.
