Rare original lithographic poster with art by Renee Halpern, made in relation to an exhibition created by the Galerie de Francony, 59 rue de Seine, Paris 6th. in 1970s.

Renee Halpern was born in Warsaw, she went to Paris at 18. There she befriended Soutine and Albert Marquet in Montparnasse. She exhibited her paintings in Paris, New York and Israel in 1968. Renée Halpern worked as an abstract painter for a short while and later produced figurative works .

The piece is framed with a hand painted golden frame with elegant leaf detailing and is placed on a light background.
