Serge Fiorio was a painter of humble, poetic vision, whose work straddles themes of nature, memory, and the everyday seen through a sensitive, sometimes mystical lens. Though sometimes called naïf, Fiorio’s work is richer and more complex than a simple label suggests. His style tends to be intimate, with strong respect for nature, for the material world, but also imbued with dream-imagery, a sense of memory, the passage of time. In his art color and landscape often merge with internal emotional states.

The poster is framed with a hand painted dark blue frame with beautiful leaf detailing and is placed on a brown background in a warm olive tone.
