" Asger Jorn à Silkeborg - Le musée d'un peintre "

The rare Asger Jorn lithograph, woodcut invitation card from Paris (1978) is a pieces of mid-century avant-garde ephemera. It was produced posthumously to promote major exhibitions honoring the Danish artist, who passed away in 1973.

This exhibition highlighted the massive collection of personal works and contemporary masterpieces that Jorn had systematically donated to the Museum Jorn in Silkeborg, Denmark.

The invitation is framed with a antique hand silvered frame and a creme - colored passepartout.
